Products received in error or damaged in shipping. You must have a valid shipping address on file with Line Avenue Wellness.
All product returns must be authorized for a credit to be issued with prior approval from Line Avenue Wellness.
No credits will be given to complaints that are received after 10 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us at (318) 221-5114 with the product name, lot number and number of bottles you wish to return.
Return requests will be reviewed and processed.
Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.
If you received a package that has been damaged, please save the original box and all of the contents.
Please call us as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
